Marketing Plan | The Newbury Boston
The Newbury Boston is a luxury hotel being developed by Highgate Hospitality. I create tactics to help the hotel maintain momentum after the first year of operation. I was tasked to develop events, promotions, and partnerships. The Newbury Boston also wants to be integrated into the Boston community. Therefore, in addition, I created strategies to help the hotel do so successfully. Through our intensive research, knowledge of the hospitality industry, and well-crafted ideas I developed promising marketing tactics that can positively promote the hotel both locally and globally.

Social Media Videos | Hyatt Regency Boston
With digital and social media marketing becoming increasingly prevalent I was tasked by the Hyatt Regency Boston to develop a series of videos designed specifically for social media platforms. These videos highlighted distinctive aspects of the hotel such as the luxurious rooms, delicious restaurant, and the cutting edge gym. This project allowed me to utilize my video creation and editing skills. I also worked closely with the hotel's marketing department in order to execute the videos to all the permaiters set forth.
Design
Design Plan | West Station Boston
This project is based on the up and coming Allston Landing Rail Yard, currently owned by Harvard University. I displayed my skills in the logistic planning of the transportation, residential and commercial components. The main focus was the architectural and interior design of the hospitality components. The project included architectural design on SketchUp, Interior Design and Mood Boards, detailed floor plans and mapping, as well as Sustainability Initiatives.
